Thank you BSI. Your customer service is fantastic. Our credit card terminal quit. I called the customer service number and I was surprised to find out the the replacement terminal would be loaded with my program and shipped to my location overnight free of charge. In the package was a return shipping label. Thank you again..

"There is NO such thing as Free Equipment" Consider this, You as a business owner, can you give away product and stay in business? There has to be a catch! Processors that offer "FREE EQUIPMENT" know the deal. There are at least 13 profit centers to Visa / MasterCard processing. Taking a close look at their entire program, you will find areas where they will make up the cost of the equipment, there is no other way if they want to stay in business. Once the equipment is paid for, they continue to collect the extra fees, you just keep paying. Be careful and be wise to their scams. The best way is to get a clean low cost package, pay a fair price for the equipment, and reap the savings each and every month you process.  |
 Featured Article"THE DEBIT SCAM" There has been a rash of deceptive promotions within the industry. Sales people promising processing rates of 1.25% - 1.39%. The merchants think that this is for credit card processing, when in fact it is for debit processing. The merchants sign-up and when the first statement arrives the shock sets in, and many times they signed an expensive lease thinking that they would save all this money. Currently the processors pay a combined rate of 1.68% including all fees and assessments from Visa / MasterCard. The best program for debit is a fixed flat fee for any transaction. The BSI debit program offers a flat fee, no matter the network, for all debit transactions. Any debit transaction over $28.00 would save the merchant money as compared to a credit transaction.
